What are the shipping times?

Your order will arrive in about 7–16 business days. We will prepare your package in 1–4 days, and the courier will take 6–12 days to deliver it to your home.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Certainly, but we need to be quick! You have time until 11:59 PM on the day you placed the order. After that time, the package goes to our logistics center and can no longer be modified.

Is shipping charged?

Absolutely not! Standard shipping is free on all orders, both in Italy and the United States.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the link to follow your package’s journey in real time.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We are very sorry if that happens! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to info@glabora.com. Send us a photo or video of the issue, and we will resolve the situation within 24 hours.

How does the return process work?

If you need to return a product, you can do so within 14 days of receipt (as required by EU regulations). Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I request a return?

Write us an email at info@glabora.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number. We will provide you with all the instructions to proceed. Remember that once authorized, the package must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

What do I do if I entered the wrong address?

Always double-check your details at checkout! If the address is incorrect, we cannot refund the package if it shows as delivered. If there is a delivery problem, contact the local courier as soon as possible.
