About us
Glabora is an online shop run by a small team based in Fondi, in the province of Latina, Italy. We are not a large chain and we don't pretend to be one: we're a handful of people who pick the products, answer the emails and follow each order individually.
We started in 2025 with a simple observation: plenty of genuinely useful things for the home and for pets are hard to find in Europe at an honest price, or they arrive attached to badly written listings — no measurements, no warnings, nobody to ask. We wanted to do the opposite.
How we work
We work with selected suppliers and ship directly from the warehouse to customers in Italy, France, the Netherlands and the United States. That keeps prices low and lets us offer free shipping on every order, but it also means delivery takes longer than a large marketplace: 7–16 business days.
We say that clearly before you buy, not after. We would rather have an informed customer than one extra sale.
What we try to get right
Honest product pages. Real measurements, materials, battery life, warnings and limits of use. If a product isn't suitable for a dog under 7 kg, we put that on the product page, not in the FAQ.
Support from actual people. We answer emails Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET, in English, Italian, French and Dutch. The phone number at the bottom of this page is real.
Returns without an argument. 30 days to change your mind. If the product arrives faulty or wrong, we pay for the return.
Transparency on timing. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves. If something stalls, we contact you first.
