Return and Refund Policy
Overview
By purchasing from Glabora, you accept the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. Nothing on this page limits the rights you are entitled to by law as a consumer.
How long you have to return an item
European regulations provide for a minimum right of withdrawal of 14 days from delivery. Glabora offers 30 days on all orders and in all countries to which it ships, without requiring a reason.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with labels intact, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable products
Personal and hygiene products: for health and safety reasons, products that come into direct contact with the skin or mucous membranes cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Personalized products: products made to measure or personalized at the customer's request are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Final sale items: products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. This indication is always visible on the product page before purchase.
Return shipping costs
Free return if the product arrives defective, damaged, or different from the one ordered: we cover the return shipping cost.
Paid by the customer in the event of a change of mind. We will tell you the cost before you ship the item.
If an item is returned to us incomplete, used beyond simple inspection, or without its original packaging, we may withhold an amount proportional to the decrease in value, as provided for by the regulations on the right of withdrawal. We will always inform you before issuing the refund.
How to request a return
Write to info@glabora.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

Reason for the return
Photos or video of the product, if defective or damaged
We will reply with authorization and complete instructions. Once authorized, the package must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. We cannot process returns that arrive without authorization because we cannot associate them with your order.
Defects, damage, and incomplete orders
Report defects, damage, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos or video. We will investigate and respond within 24 business hours with a free replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect addresses: we rely on the address entered at checkout. If the package is shown as delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund. If it is shown as delivered but you have not received it, contact the local carrier and write to us at the same time: we will open the logistics claim.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order by 11:59 p.m. on the day of purchase. After that time, the order is already being prepared at the logistics center and can no longer be intercepted; in that case, you must proceed with a return once you have received the package.
Payment disputes
If something is wrong with your order, please write to us first at info@glabora.com: in nearly all cases, we resolve the issue within 24–48 hours, more quickly than a banking procedure usually takes. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or payment network.
Refund processing times
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue the refund within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The terms applicable to your order are those published when you placed it.
Note on returns for special items: For products with extended economy shipping times (48-60 business days), the right of withdrawal may still be exercised within 30 business days of receipt, but the logistics handling of the cross-border return will follow the same timeframes as the dedicated shipping channel.
