Refund Policy
General Overview
By purchasing from Glabora, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Return Policy. This is a legally binding agreement governing every transaction.
Right of Withdrawal (EU - 14 days)
Under EU regulations, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of delivery without any reason. The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, with intact labels, and in the original packaging.
Return Conditions and Exclusions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be new and unused.
- Sanitary/Hygienic Items: For safety reasons, protective or personal use devices (including nasal/respiratory devices) are non-returnable once the package is opened or the original seal is removed.
- Customized Items: Personalized products are not subject to return.
- Restocking Fee: For bulky items or returns without original packaging, we apply a restocking and inspection fee between 15% and 30%.
- Non-Returnable Items: Expedited/priority shipping fees, "BOGO" promotional items, or products marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
Return Procedure (RMA)
Authorization: An authorization (RMA) is required. Write to info@glabora.com within 30 days of delivery providing your First and Last Name, Order Number, and photographic evidence.
- Arrival Deadline: Once authorized, the return must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days from the authorization date. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Defects, Damages, and Missing Orders
- Reporting: Any defects or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We guarantee resolution within 24 hours of verifying the documentation (photos/videos).
- Incorrect Addresses: We rely on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout. No refunds are given for errors in the address provided by the customer. In case a package is tracked as "delivered" but not received, the customer must contact the local courier before filing complaints.
Legal Protection (Legal Armor)
- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled by 11:59 PM on the same day of the order. After this time, the order is considered processing and cannot be canceled.
- Chargeback Policy: The Customer agrees that an email notification to info@glabora.com is a mandatory prerequisite for any dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support constitutes a breach of this agreement and will result in automatic opposition to the dispute.
- Indemnification: The Customer agrees to hold Glabora harmless from any claims or expenses arising from misuse of the products.
- Policy Changes: Glabora reserves the unilateral right to modify this Policy at any time without notice.
Refund Processing
Once the return is inspected, the refund is processed within 10-14 business days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.
