What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Main conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Personal/hygiene products are non-returnable, unless defective.
  • If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return is free.
  • In case of a change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
