We ship to Italy, France, the Netherlands, the United States, and Australia.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders in all countries we serve. No additional costs at checkout.
Processing Times
1–4 business days from payment confirmation.
Transit Times
6–12 business days from when the carrier receives the shipment.
Total Delivery Time
7–16 business days from order placement to delivery.
Times may vary slightly depending on the destination and seasonal peaks. If your delivery exceeds the stated times, contact us: we will check the shipment with the carrier and update you.
Exception note for specific items: Some special or bulky items (such as electric motorcycles for children) that use our free economy shipping method have an extended estimated transit time of 48-60 business days. This specific timeframe is always clearly indicated on the individual product page.
Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled by 11:59 PM on the same day of purchase. After this window, the order is forwarded to the logistics center and can no longer be intercepted.
Incorrect Addresses and Deliveries
We rely on the accuracy of the address entered at checkout. In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery fees may apply. We do not issue refunds for orders tracked as "Delivered" but not received due to an incorrect address or failure to safeguard the package.
Reporting Issues
Defective, damaged, or missing products: must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package, with photos or videos attached.
Undelivered packages: if the order does not arrive, contact us within 40 days of the expected delivery date. After this period, it is no longer possible to open a logistics claim with the carrier.
