We currently ship to Italy and the United States.


Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders.


Processing Times

1–4 business days.


Modifications or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled only until 11:59 PM on the day of purchase. After this window, the order is forwarded to the logistics center and can no longer be intercepted or canceled.


Transit Times

6–12 business days.


Total Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 7–16 business days


 Incorrect Addresses and Deliveries

We rely on the accuracy of the address provided at checkout. In case of an incorrect address provided by the customer, redelivery fees will apply. We do not issue refunds for orders tracked as "Delivered" but not received due to buyer errors or failure to secure the package.


Problem Reporting (Protection Rules)

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Products: Any defects, damages, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Undelivered Packages (Lost): If the order does not arrive, you must contact us within 40 days from the expected delivery date. After this period, it will no longer be possible to open logistics claims or request refunds for non-delivery
