Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Return conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

New, unused, and undamaged

In original condition and with complete packaging

Accompanied by receipt or order number

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, some items (such as personal use products) cannot be returned, except for defects or errors on our part.

Change of mind / size (item without issues, intact and unused)


Return costs

In case of change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the return is free


Return method

Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided by our customer service.


Refund processing

Once the product is received and inspected:

The refund is processed within 7 business days

The amount will be refunded via the same original payment method

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed
