Shipping zones
We ship to the United States, Italy and Australia.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend. No extra shipping cost is added at checkout.
Processing time
1–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is confirmed.
Transit time
6–12 business days (Monday to Friday) from the moment the carrier picks up the parcel.
Total delivery time
7–16 business days (Monday to Friday) from order to delivery.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and seasonal peaks. If your delivery takes longer than stated, email us and we will check the shipment with the carrier and update you.
Changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled until 11:59 PM (CET) on the day of purchase. After that the order is passed to the logistics center and can no longer be intercepted.
Incorrect addresses and delivery
We rely on the address you enter at checkout. If the customer provides an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply. We do not refund orders tracked as Delivered but not received because of an incorrect address or because the parcel was not taken in.
Reporting problems
Defective, damaged or missing items: please report within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and attach photos or a video.
Parcels not delivered: if your order does not arrive, contact us within 40 days of the expected delivery date. After this period we can no longer open a claim with the carrier.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
